Series

The Polar Prep® Series is a personalized travel and training program that takes you from drysuit novice to expedition-ready, across renowned dive destinations, with cold-water diving experts, and everything taken care of. You choose the stage and the destination. We handle the rest.

Stage 1 Drysuit Proficiency

Build real drysuit skills in warm, clear water, including buoyancy control, trim, and body position. You’ll gain confidence before cold ever becomes a factor. You’ll get fitted, understand how your suit works, and complete multiple dives with an expert trainer.

Stage 2 Cold Water Proficiency

The same skills, harder conditions. Thicker drysuit undergarments mean more weight and new buoyancy challenges. This stage is about getting comfortable with that shift, in progressively colder water, until it feels like second nature.

Stage 3 Polar Acclimation

Dive in genuinely polar conditions and leave confident that when you drop into Arctic water, nothing will surprise you. By this stage, your gear, your buoyancy, and your mindset are expedition-ready.

Special Experience Ice Diving

Ice diving is a controlled and closely supported way to get acclimated to cold water diving. Under the right conditions, with a professional support team and proper preparation, diving beneath a frozen surface opens a world of filtered light, remarkable visibility, and 32°F / 0°C water. Available as a standalone experience or as an add-on to Stage 2 or Stage 3 of the Polar Prep® Series.
